Once we understand your vision, we create a CAD design to show the structure, stone placement, metal details, size, and overall look. If any changes are needed, such as metal type, stone size, diamond shape, pattern, or design details, we revise the design before production. Once you confirm the final design, we begin making your jewelry. During production, we try to share progress images whenever possible, so the process stays clear, simple, and transparent from start to finish.

Yes, you can customize an existing design. We can adjust details such as the stone shape, size, metal color, band style, setting, or design pattern, then share a CAD preview for your approval before production.

Economy shipping usually takes around 12 to 16 days, while express shipping usually takes around 6 to 8 days for most international deliveries.
