Custom orders entail a personal design journey to bring your vision to life. From initial CAD sketches to handcrafting the final piece, we work with you at every stage.

Our custom order process is straightforward and highly interactive, ensuring that you are involved at every stage. Here's an overview of the process cycle:

• Initial Design Approval: After receiving your order, we'll create and share a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) of your requested jewelry piece. If you require any changes, we will revise the CAD accordingly and share the updated version for your approval.

• Stone Selection and Approval: Once the design is confirmed, we'll proceed to cut and polish the stones. We will share images or videos of the stones for your review and approval before setting them in the jewelry.

• Crafting the Jewelry: With your approval of the stones, we will complete the crafting of the ring. If requested, we can also share images of the jewelry during the crafting process.

• Final Approval and Shipping: Once your custom jewelry piece is ready, we will send you the final images and a video for your final approval. After your confirmation, we will carefully package and ship the finished piece to you.

This process ensures that you receive a custom piece of jewelry that perfectly aligns with your vision and expectations.

Typically, a custom order takes about 2-3 weeks from CAD approval to delivery, depending on the complexity of the design.

We offer full customization: center stones (lab diamonds, moissanite, gemstones), metal type (yellow, white, rose gold, platinum), side carvings, and accent layouts.

Due to the bespoke nature of custom orders, we do not accept general returns, but we guarantee repair and modifications if there's a craftsmanship issue.
