Returns
At gabanijewelry.com, we want every purchase to feel confident and comfortable. Our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and easy to understand.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be approved, except in cases where an item arrives defective or damaged.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–8 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Jewelry Ineligible for Refunds
Refunds are not available for custom-made, modified, or personalized items, including engraved or initial jewelry. Each custom piece is approved prior to production to ensure accuracy. Any changes requested after delivery may involve additional labor or remake charges.
Refunds or exchanges are not available for engraved items.
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is found to be faulty.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
Items are replaced only if they arrive defective or damaged. To request a replacement, please contact gabanijewelry@gmail.com. We will assist with the next steps once the request is reviewed.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, a gift credit will be issued once the return is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping Instructions
Please email gabanijewelry@gmail.com before shipping any return. Return instructions and the shipping address will be shared once the request is approved.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping charges are not included.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on location.
For items valued over $250, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
